- High School + 12 years minimum experience OR
- Associate’s degree in a technical field + 10 years minimum experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field + 8 years minimum experience OR
- Master’s degree in a technical field + 6 years of experience OR
- Doctorate’s degree in a technical field + 4 years minimum experience
