�� Key Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all aspects of patient dining operations, including tray delivery, menu compliance, and dietary accommodations

Lead a team of supervisors, chefs, and frontline associates to deliver high-quality, on-time meals that meet therapeutic standards

Partner with clinical nutrition and nursing teams to support integrated patient care

Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations (HACCP, Joint Commission, etc.)

Develop and manage budgets, labor efficiency, and vendor relationships

Drive excellence in patient satisfaction scores and operational KPIs

Lead with empathy, accountability, and a commitment to hospitality excellence

 

�� What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare food service (hospital experience strongly preferred)

Proven success in managing complex operations and leading large, diverse teams

Knowledge of therapeutic diets, nutrition standards, and clinical partnerships

ServSafe Certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Nutrition, Food Service Management, or related field preferred

Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills

Passion for patient-centered service, team mentorship, and continuous improvement
