As our Physical Therapy Rehab Director, you’ll:

Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of therapists

Oversee day-to-day rehab operations with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency

Collaborate with medical staff, administration, and community partners

Support therapist development, performance, and satisfaction

Maintain a small, meaningful caseload to stay connected to patient care

What You Bring:

Current Wisconsin PT license
-
Leadership experience or strong leadership potential in a clinical setting

Passion for mentorship, team development, and patient-centered care

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- 1 years plus clinical practice experience
