As our Physical Therapy Rehab Director, you’ll:

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of therapists

• Oversee day-to-day rehab operations with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency

• Collaborate with medical staff, administration, and community partners

• Support therapist development, performance, and satisfaction

• Maintain a small, meaningful caseload to stay connected to patient care

What You Bring:

• Current Wisconsin PT license

• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential in a clinical setting

• Passion for mentorship, team development, and patient-centered care

• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
