About the Opportunity

The Senior Manager of Global Benefits and Wellbeing is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global benefits programs that support employee health and overall wellbeing. This role ensures competitive, compliant, and innovative offerings across all regions, aligning with organizational goals and employee needs. This role will lead the transformation of our global benefits and wellbeing strategy by creating a unified, innovative offering that not only meets diverse regional needs but also elevates the employee experience worldwide. This position plays a critical role in supporting Driscoll’s mission of enriching lives by fostering a culture of care, health, and wellbeing for all employees globally.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop global benefits and wellbeing strategy aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.

  • Design comprehensive benefits programs, including health, retirement, insurance, and wellbeing initiatives.

  • Implement wellbeing programs that promote physical, mental, and financial health for employees globally.

  • Manage the global benefits and wellbeing team, fostering professional growth through coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities while ensuring high performance and engagement

  • Evaluate existing benefits offerings and recommend enhancements based on employee feedback, market trends, and cost analysis.

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service performance.

  • Analyze benefits utilization data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and optimize program effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and global governance standards across all regions.

  • Communicate benefits programs clearly to employees through engaging materials and training sessions.

  • Advise senior leadership on emerging trends and innovative solutions in benefits and wellbeing.

  • Manage the annual benefits renewal process and budget, partnering closely with Finance on forecasts and projections.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and cost efficiency.

   

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in global benefits management, including wellbeing programs

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a global environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of international benefits regulations and market practices

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Clear and persuasive communicator with the ability to explain complex programs simply

  • Solution driven using creative and diverse ways to approach a problem or answer a question

  • Cost Efficiency: Maintain cost within budget while improving offerings

  • Project Delivery: Successful completion of global benefits initiatives on time and within scope
