Summary:This position would be overseeing the leads that arise through the KBB portal and identifying vehicle purchases options. We focus on bringing our customers the latest technology and creating a unique vehicle selling/buying experience. The ideal candidate would be someone with BDC background and who feels comfortable interacting with customers over the phone, correspondence through email and text.Full-time position. Candidate must be able to work Friday and Saturday

Responsibilities:Process KBB customer who want to sell their carInspect/Appraisal vehicle upon arrivalWork with Used Sales Manager to obtain a final price/quoteReview customer data and assist customers throughout their trade cycleStrive for continual improvement as a whole
Requirements:A fresh wholesome attitude, with smarts and a hard work ethicAt least one year of Customer Service experienceAt least one year of BDC experienceKBB Auto Buying experience a plus but not requiredSuperior communication skills, both oral and writtenPositive visual and verbal presence is necessaryCapable of interacting with customers in person as well as over the phoneAbility do take direction, be a quick learner, and enjoy working with peopleMust be willing to take and pass pre-employment background check and drug test
