Parts Counter Representative

Responsibilities

• As a Parts Counter Representative, you will be responsible for providing and selling vehicle parts and accessories to customers both over the counter, through the shop, and on the phone, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
• Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
• Pull and fill orders from stock verifying accuracy and inventory levels.
• Assist in maintaining perpetual inventories.
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.

 Qualifications

• Required: Prior Parts experience, either at an automotive dealership or in retail automotive parts.
• Preferred: At least 1 year as a Parts Advisor or Counter Sales.
• Automotive dealership parts experience is a plus.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Schedule

• Must be available to work Saturdays. One weekday off plus Sundays off (Parts Department is closed).

Compensation 

• The estimated hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00.
