Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY
Executes and manages the physician staffing development plan and physician recruitment strategies for the organization and collaborates with leadership and human resource teams to achieve recruiting targets, identifies challenges that impede the process, and works collaboratively with all layers of leadership and recruiting to achieve desired results. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Builds pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, targeted outreach and recruitment events.
• The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.
• Partner with all levels of leadership in executing strategies and initiatives to recruit qualified physicians to the practice.
• Work collaboratively with leadership to assess, improve and implement best practices to effectively recruit physicians from sourcing candidates, interviews and selection.
• Develop and implement physician recruitment strategies for assigned facilities to meet desired recruiting goals.
• Collaborate in the development of the financial offers to providers with appropriate Practice Management approvals.
• Develop, review, and provide insight on financial packages of potential physician recruits.
• Lead the onboarding process for all new acquisitions into physician recruitment process, ensuring an efficient transition.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies inclusive of trade shows, direct mail campaigns and search firm resources participating in local and national recruiting / networking events as applicable.
• Review and negotiate agency contracts

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
• Networking (Intermediate): Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations and individuals.
• Documentation (Intermediate): Ensures that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.
• Recruiting Needs Assessment (Intermediate): Determine specific staffing needs including overall experience, competency and education needs and requirements.
• Interviewing (Intermediate): Gather information for purposes of recruitment, customer requirements, business needs and other subjects.
