The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Agent for our Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
Position Summary:
The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office is seeking an Agent to join its interdisciplinary team of auditors, agents, and attorneys to pursue criminal and/or civil enforcement actions. The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit investigates and prosecutes Medicaid fraud by service providers. The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit also pursues enforcement actions relating to abuse, neglect, exploitation, and drug diversion in nursing homes and long-term board and care facilities.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be CLEET certified. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in investigations, interviewing techniques and report writing. The position requires knowledge of computer software applications such as Excel, Word and Microsoft Office Suite. The position also requires an applicant to have a valid Oklahoma Driver’s license and the ability to travel.

Stevens Amendment statement: The Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office Medicaid Fraud Control Unit receives 75% percent of its funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under a grant award totaling $3,902,608.00 for Federal fiscal year (FY) 2024. The remaining 25% percent, totaling $1,300,866.00 for FY 2024, is funded by the State of Oklahoma, for a total Unit budget of $5,203,474.00 for FY 2024. The federal fiscal year 2024 is defined as October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.
