Then we will look forward to meeting you!</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>Your responsibilities</span></span></span></b></p> <p> </p> <p><ul> <li>Lead and coordinate Uniper’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process across the Uniper Group and ensure the associated regulatory and business requirements are met</li> <li>Effectively coordinate a wide range of stakeholders across all Uniper functions and provide advice, expertise and guidance to successfully execute the ERM process within strict deadlines</li> <li>Build detailed understanding of all material Enterprise Risks &amp; Chances across Uniper and be able to explain the underlying risk assessments, key risk changes and countermeasures to Uniper Senior Management</li> <li>Ensure the effective set up, maintenance and operation of a dedicated IT tooling solution to capture and report all Enterprise Risks &amp; /Chances and provide ongoing support and expertise on system topics to all users</li> <li>Ensure the Enterprise Risks are reviewed, challenged and assessed on a like for like basis to ensure consistent high-quality Risk Inventory data</li> <li>Aggregate individual risks to a portfolio view using Monte Carlo simulations, analyse Uniper’s Risk Bearing Capacity situation and maintain/ further develop the RBC concept</li> <li>Prepare management summaries and reports for the Uniper Risk Committee, Uniper Board of Management and Uniper Supervisory Board to depict the overall Enterprise Risk situation of Uniper and allow risk-based decisions and actions to be taken</li> <li>Support the preparation of external risk reporting, e.g. in Uniper’s financial statements or prospectuses</li> <li>Support and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Uniper’s global Enterprise Risk Management System</li> <li>Maintain, communicate, and enforce the Uniper Enterprise Risk Policy across all Uniper Functions</li> </ul> </p> <p><span id="cke_bm_402S"> </span> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>Your profile</span></span></span></b></p> <p><br/> <ul> <li>Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Risk Management, Controlling or similar education</li> <li>3-4 years of professional experience in Risk Management with an audit firm, knowledge of audit standards 340 n.F. &amp; 981 as well as experience with Controlling and Forecasting processes</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan deliverables and manage multiple stakeholders to deadlines</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple complex topics simultaneously with an excellent attention to detail</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand the cause and effect of risks</li> </ul> </p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>Your benefits</span></span></span></b></p>   <span><span><span><span>At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
