We are currently seeking a Chassis Module Leader, to lead the delivery of suspension, steering, brakes, wheels, tires and chassis electronics commodities for all Lucid vehicle programs. This role will also be heavily involved in managing cross-functional working practices, tools and processes, technology strategy, feature definition, cost and quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading a team of multi-disciplined engineers, working concurrently on separate but interdependent projects
• Experience of full vehicle program cycle from concept to production launch in Chassis Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience creating/improving/establishing technical product specifications and timelines to achieve an accelerated development cycle
• Good working knowledge of structures, suspension, steering, braking, wheels, tires, electronics and software in passenger or commercial vehicles

Advantageous:

• Ability to use CATIA V6 3DExperience

Education:

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering in relevant discipline is a plus

 Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.·       California (Bay Area) - $138,000-$198,000Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
