Arrowhead’s operating environment blends a private, gated residential community with resort access, public amenities, and significant seasonal demand. The Manager ensures the team is properly staffed, trained, equipped, and organized to perform consistently across seasons and events, balancing community expectations with practical, outcome‑oriented service delivery.

The community’s wildland–urban interface (WUI) setting elevates wildfire as a primary life‑safety risk, with additional seasonal hazards including severe weather and high‑altitude medical events.
