So, join us and become part of an extraordinary place to work!</p><p><strong>This position is based in Hamburg. </strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Our <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Talent Acquisition</strong> <strong>Lead </strong>will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering Talent Acquisition and Succession pipelining strategies for senior roles for On Boarding Unit, Site Management and Monitoring, R&amp;D &amp; Computational Pathology (this last one is in Munich). The main responsibilities for this role will be:</p><ul><li>Regularly conduct recruitment alignment meetings with hiring managers and HRBPs to define key role requirements &amp; define the recruitment strategy. </li><li>Participate in all activities in the recruitment life cycle including recruitment marketing, sourcing planning, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, hiring and onboarding.  </li><li>Proactively partner with Business Leaders and HRBP to define a succession pipeline with both internal and external candidates, to meet both current and anticipated business needs.  </li><li>Educate business client in the use of Interviewing approach, recommend resources and techniques for interviewing, assessing, and evaluating applicants. </li><li>Ensure assigned recruitment services follow Global Recruitment and country policies/guidelines.</li><li>Work with continuous improvements to ensure that the way of working remains fit for purpose and exploiting new ways of working and lean methodology to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Effective &amp; fluent communication in German &amp; English are required (C1/C2)</strong></p><p><strong>Essential:</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor´s Degree</li><li>5+ years of experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in Germany as well as in a complex global environment.</li><li>Expert in multi-channel targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and identifying and securing passive candidates via various ‘direct’ channels (Social Media, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, market mapping, careers fairs, industry events, etc.</li><li>Experience with Workday ATS or other related systems </li><li>Experience utilizing a range of attraction channels – targeted media, social media, referrals, forums, etc. to attract best-in-class candidates.  </li><li>Highly Competent IT skills, including all Microsoft office, spreadsheets, databases, and reports, and able to produce meaningful management information. </li><li>Demonstrate strong Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. </li><li>Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships. </li><li>Demonstrate business acumen. </li><li>Demonstrate communication and presentation skills. </li><li>Exhibit negotiation and consultation skills </li></ul><p><strong>Desirable:</strong> </p><ul><li>Deep understanding of the pharma industry </li><li>Corporate recruiting experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of government regulations regarding employment topics in more than one geography </li><li>Previous experience in team supervision or line management</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>You will join an innovative, entrepreneurial company that plays to win and put its clients first and create an environment that enables people to reach their potential supporting a culture where everyone feels valued, included, and connected. </p>
