Job Description
Solidigm's Global Operations Supply Chain organization is looking for a senior business analyst. This role will require flexibility to support cross functional projects/processes across multiple applications including but limited to SAP S/4 HANA SCM and OTC, Model N Rebate, Pricing and Channel modules and Blue Yonder Order Promiser.
In this role, the Senior BA will:
- Drives the development of business processes-related solutions in partnership with key internal business owners.
- Defines needs, determines strategy and plans for delivery of multiple projects which enables revenue, supports compliance, and/or drives internal or customer efficiencies supporting Solidigm's key goals/metrics.
- Designs business process flows in collaboration with the stakeholders, participating in areas such as, but not limited to documentation of business process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Validates feasibility of business ideas, conducts design due diligence and evaluates business value and risks based on solution expertise.
- The BA may perform testing as a quality check to ensure business and data quality requirements have been addressed in the solution.
- Drives end-to-end business process testing, validation and sign off for implementation and provides technical advice on design, functionality, and user interface specs.
- Participates in training/adoption, business process changes management and reporting/ analytics activities.
- You will be a consultant on tools, systems, services, or application integration; provide input to system design; make decisions for functionality and configuration; configure applications; gauge and measure data quality levels; and/or provide production support and troubleshooting.
Minimum QualificationsThe candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study.
- 7+ years of relevant supply chain experience, business analyst, project management and/or ramp management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Designing and deploying solutions for Supply Chain Execution in the semiconductor manufacturing
- Exposure to S/4 Hana OTC and SCM, GTS, Blue Yonder Order Promiser, Model N Channel Rebate, Pricing and/or Channel Management modules.
- High levels of successful executive collaboration with both business and technical partners across enterprise functions
- ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain Management
