What you´ll be doing</h3><p><em>Your day-to-day as a <em>FullStack Developer</em>:</em></p><ul> <li><strong>Service &amp; API Development:</strong> Architect, build and maintain scalable, reliable backend services in <strong>Node.js</strong> (e.g. NestJS) and server-side applications with <strong>Next.js</strong>.<br/></li> </ul><ul> <li><strong>Microservices &amp; Event-Driven Systems:</strong> Design and implement microservices architectures and event-driven pipelines (Kafka or similar), ensuring loose coupling, high performance, and resilience.<br/></li> <li><strong>Frontend Collaboration:</strong> Partner with UI/UX designers to build responsive, high-quality pixel-perfect frontends using <strong>React</strong>, <strong>Vue</strong>, or <strong>Angular</strong>, and integrate with our RESTful and GraphQL APIs.<br/></li> <li><strong>Performance &amp; Quality</strong>: Optimize load times, bundle sizes, and user interactions.<br/></li> <li><strong>Agile &amp; DevOps:</strong> Champion our “Shakers Agile” methodology—own your GitLab workflow, write tests, enforce CI/CD best practices, and automate where it makes sense (AWS EC2/S3/CloudFront/Lambda).<br/></li> <li><strong>Architecture &amp; Quality:</strong> Apply Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Code, and SOLID principles to ensure a maintainable codebase.<br/></li> <li><strong>Security &amp; Compliance:</strong> Implement authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth), enforce data protection, and integrate code-quality/security tools (SonarQube).</li> </ul><p></p><h3>3. Bonus if you’ve shipped features at another product-focused company.</li> </ul><ul> <li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics or a closely related STEM field.</li> </ul><ul> <li><strong>Technical Expertise: </strong>Real experience building full stack applications with <strong>Node.js</strong>, <strong>Next.js</strong>, <strong>Vue</strong>/<strong>Angular</strong>, or similar.
