<h3>Join Collibra’s Product Design team</h3> <p>Collibra seeks a skilled and passionate Senior UI designer to join their Product Design team and create great customer experiences through well-crafted user interfaces. Our customers are some of the most data-intensive companies on the planet.</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of User Experience, you will dive deep with teammates in Research, Writing, Design Ops, Product Management, and Engineering. Together we’ll deliver user-empowering enterprise data management and intelligence solutions and experiences that have measurable positive impacts for our customers and on our business.</p> <h3>Senior UI designers at Collibra are responsible for:</h3> <ul> <li>Leading design projects and other initiatives to success through UI design excellence in practice, guidance, and communication to stakeholders</li> <li>Creating the critical visual elements and detailed behaviors of our product interfaces—based on UX goals—to achieve better outcomes for customers</li> <li>Applying and contributing to enterprise design systems </li> <li>Composing and growing product design concepts alongside multidisciplinary team members in order to create beneficial, robust, accessible, and high-performing products</li> <li>Promoting and using best design practices as well as qualitative and quantitative assessment methodologies to produce consistent and effective experiences </li> </ul> <h3>You have:</h3> <ul> <li>A portfolio of projects (5 - 10 years worth) showing high quality, full-lifecycle, goal-centered interface design work in complex domains for web, desktop, and mobile </li> <li>Experience working within brand guidelines to create experiences that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints</li> <li>High proficient in modern design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma), prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle), and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)</li> </ul> <h3>You are:</h3> <ul> <li>Skilled in visual design and able to demonstrate your expertise through scenarios, design concepts, and low- and high-fidelity mockups</li> <li>Capable of collaborating with interdependent multidisciplinary teams </li> <li>Capable of designing sophisticated products for global markets</li> <li>Able to to collect, synthesize, and discuss feedback from multiple stakeholders and incorporate it into results-driven designs they agree with</li> <li>Experienced in contributing to and applying modern design systems</li> <li>Able to mentor, coach, and explain design rationale to a wide range of colleagues</li> <li>The ability to express a clear design direction and philosophy with strategies and tactics for implementation</li> <li>Fluencent in English</li> </ul> <h3>Measures of success:</h3> <ul> <li>Within your first month: Complete onboarding and deep dive into understanding our products</li> <li>Within your second month: Understand major Product Design team priorities and participate in all design team activities</li> <li>Within your third month:  Outline a strategy to help us achieve visual excellence</li> </ul> <h3>Benefits at Collibra</h3> <p>Collibra recognizes and values that everyone has different needs, interests, and life goals.
