Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

Elo presents a new approach to nutrition. Our ambitious vision aims to turn food from a cause of disease into a form of medicine. Elo's evidence-based, hyper-personalized nutrition approach tackles one of the most significant challenges of our time. We are pioneering a new category of Smart Nutrition products that use biomarkers and health data to provide the right nutrients, in the right dose, to help improve your health and performance. In January 2023, Elo announced a $10M Series A round led by Octopus Ventures.

We are seeking a highly analytical and thoughtful Growth Marketer to lead user acquisition for Elo. You will be responsible for managing the entire purchase funnel and executing digital marketing campaigns across Paid Social, Google platforms, and other digital channels. This includes:

• Paid acquisition: Managing the day-to-day performance of campaigns across various paid media platforms
• Performance management: Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance
• Conversion rate optimization: Collaborating with our team to drive the optimization of conversion rates
• Creative assets: Briefing the creative team on new ad assets based on performance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing 6-figure monthly budgets on Paid Social marketing platforms, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using a variety of website analytics tools.
• A mastery of A/B testing to take a data-driven approach to derive insights and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Ability to plan and implement conversion rate optimization tests and iterate based on results.
• Experience with the D2C subscription business model.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• A strong drive and motivation to achieve meaningful growth.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior healthcare or Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience
• Experience with paid influencer marketing (including podcasts)
