- Requirement: One year of food service, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or school nutrition experience is required.
- Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Summary: Coordinates accurate, timely loading and dispatch of meals, food products, and supplies from the commissary to district schools while maintaining food safety and delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review production sheets, packing lists, and delivery schedules.
- Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, temperatures, and required documentation.
- Coordinate staging, secure truck loading, and on-time dispatch by route.
- Resolve shortages, substitutions, and delivery discrepancies with kitchen, warehouse, and driver teams.
- Maintain HACCP, sanitation, FIFO, inventory, and delivery records.
- Keep staging and loading areas clean, safe, and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of food service, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or school nutrition experience.
- Strong organization, communication, accuracy, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in refrigerated or freezer areas.
- K–12 school nutrition, commissary, high-volume production, or HACCP experience preferred.
