Position Overview

Our IACCT Manager will oversee a Team of Intensive Care Manafer s and Family Support Coroidnatoins that work youth that are at tisk for Reisdiential Placement. The IAACT Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of review operations, including developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures, monitoring and managing to SLAs, and operational status reporting to Acentra Health leadership.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • Provide oversight for remote team members who are expected to provide support, and clinical resources and maintain regular communication with youth and their families throughout the residential process.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Assures timely completion of all review-related contract deliverables, such as the daily processing of service authorization requests.
  • Engage with key stakeholder partners.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage Clinical Rounds
  • Provide regular coaching sessions to team members and conduct performance reviews.
  • Conduct ongoing activities to ensure the contract and staff meet deliverables.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts.
  • Provide and Participate in the training of new staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year UR and/or Prior Authorization or related experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience in a clinical setting or other applicable State and/or Compact State clinical experience or license per contract requirements.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional counselor (LPC) or Active unrestricted RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Knowledge of InterQual or ASAM criteria is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Residential, Inpatient or Community Based Services strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of current NCQA/URAC standards is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of CQI tools.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills required.
  • Skill in examining and re-examining operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of practices including performance measurements, quality initiatives, coaching and mentoring, and the unique demands of frontline staff.
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
