Strategic Planning Analyst Trainee (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

 

• Control suppliers and contract review.
• Risk assessment.
• Approval recording in data base in Sharepoint.
• Monitoring of performance and delays in the workflow.
• Support Working Capital improvement plan controlling database updates and organizing reviews.
• Monitoring and controlling Procurement Plan.
• Support with data extraction and update of Power BI data base.
• Control of homologations in the sharepoint list and updates.
• Project management, data analysis and integration.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or industrial engineering.
• Follow oral and written instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Microsoft office Excel advanced user, good understanding in Data management.
• Power BI and SharePoint knowledge.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability in utilizing historical data and visualization tools.
• Ability to successfully interact with all organizational levels internally.

Demonstrated ability to manage several activities/projects at once, organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, and prepare plans and reports.
