Job Summary:
The Custodial Maintenance Team Lead performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with day shift operations to give and receive pertinent information.
- Beginning of each shift set the tone; communicate expectations and delegate tasks and staff to achieve workload results.
- Communicate with Supervisor to ensure seamless workload results.
- Responsible for keeping Resort facilities clean during non-operative hours.
- Responsible for supervising staff to achieve custodial tasks.
- Understand the standards of all job tasks, and then coach staff to excel.
- Ensure the Custodial Department presents a positive public image of Okemo Mountain Resort through work performed and positive interactions with our guests.
- Ensure thorough, consistent training of staff members.
- Provide quality work then audit outcomes to accepted standards.
- Lead by example. Set proper appearance and conduct standards for custodial staff.
- Control inventory of custodial supplies by maintaining inventory records.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good operating condition.
- Ensure safe workplace environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Intermediate ski or snowboard ability preferred but not required.
- Ability and willingness to ride chairlifts.
