Client Rewards is looking for a full stack software engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team working within our search ecosystem. We’re an international team spanning across 3 continents
responsible for building software used by hundreds of millions of users. Clients search platforms cover 50 – 100 million products and provide analysis and intelligent suggestions, we are looking for a motivated senior software developer that want to own technology decisions, and work collaboratively with their product development partners and team to drive user satisfaction and conversion.

Responsibilities

● Building iterative React experiences focusing on discovery and search
● Building testable, scalable APIs that support multiple platforms
● Form strong partnership with product managers and stakeholders
● Willingness to mentor and delegate work to promote growth on the team
● Strong orientation towards data driven decisions
● Understands how to break work down into concise deliverables with a focus on iterative product delivery

Requirements

● You have 5+ years building web applications
● You have 2+ years as a technical lead
● You have solid react development experience
● You are fluent in server-side API development
● You have strong database skills (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, etc)
● You are adept at writing tests and health checks and use them to improve the quality of your code
● You are a great communicator and aren’t afraid to employ any approach (images,
presentations, stories, metaphors, skits) to get your point across
● Experience with Java
