As a Network Security Expert, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our network infrastructure and ensuring the security of our digital assets. You will be responsible for implementing and managing network security measures, monitoring network traffic, and responding to security incidents. Your expertise will be vital in protecting our network from unauthorized access, misuse, modification, and disruption.Your mission and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for driving the defence of our network both on-prem and in the cloud.
- You will act as a subject matter expert for network security topics.
- You will be part of a global team focusing on the protection of IT assets in general (endpoints, infrastructure, network, applications, cloud environments, Microsoft 365) distributed all over the world.
- You will work closely with peers and colleagues across Network Engineering, Cybersecurity Operations and Cybersecurity Governance to ensure that implementation and operations are aligned with security standards and bets practices.
Task and responsibilities:
- You will develop, drive, and implement network security strategy.
- You will identify, define, and implement capabilities as well as processes to increase the security of our network and network transfer points.
- You will audit and identify risks of our networking environments and equipment.
- You will be the go-to person for internal projects related to network security.

Qualifications:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as Cybersecurity Network Engineer, Architect, or related functional areas.
- You have subject matter expertise with NGFWs, WAFs, Web Gateways, DDoS mitigation, network traffic monitoring/analysis and security architecture
- Design Software Defined Networks (SDN) and Data Center solutions to optimize network performance and security.
- Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect the organization's network infrastructure from unauthorized access, misuse, and cyber threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network configurations, including firewalls and routers to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to integrate SDN and Data Center solutions with existing network security frameworks and ensure seamless operation.
- Desirable: You have experience in configuration and administration of network security devices from leading vendors.
- You have a solid understanding of cloud networking technologies and design principles, as well as next generation network security technologies (e.g., software defined network architectures, SASE, ZTNA).
- Desirable: You completed relevant network related certifications or other Industry Certifications such as GDSA, CRTSA, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISSAP.
