Job Description

Responsibilities

• Preparing requirement documentation  

• Develop RPA bots  

• Testing of system functionalities  

• Coordinate with business owners for User acceptance testing (UAT)     

• Provide application support to troubleshoot issues and answer queries promptly  

• Be involved in training & demonstration sessions  

• Be involved in updating system documentation, user guides, and training materials

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned  

Requirements

• Preferred studies in Information Technology, information systems, AI & Analytics or any other related disciplines  

• System development life cycle (SDLC)  

• Basic .NET coding, XML, HTML & SQL knowledge  

• Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, etc)   

• RPA (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform)  

• Good to have knowledge in Gen AI and Machine Learning
