Central Zone Operations Consultant

• Be responsible for monitoring the execution of operational activities within the zone

• Manage business and process requirement definition and design

We will count on you to:

• Develop and write generic operational documentation describing the standard business delivery model

• Serve as a process expert to support testing and training efforts and monitor, evaluate and resolve process and quality issues raised by the business delivery teams

• Provide consultancy to support the improvement in Client Service and efficiency throughout the value chain

• Develop and deliver actionable KPIs and reporting in support of Zonal and National objectives

• Act as a SME and ambassador to operational resources

• Support project execution and adoption, ensuring zonal reporting is available

What you need to have: 

• 3+ years’ industry experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Reporting skills – gather, manipulate, and analyze data; draw insights; and present findings

• Strong verbal and written communication

What makes you stand out?

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

• Insurance experience a plus

• Continuous process improvement experience strongly preferred
