This role revolves around guaranteeing a safe, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere for team members and guests at Fun Spot America. Responsibilities include recording and managing team member performance, maintaining communication regarding daily procedures and special projects, and ensuring smooth operations by resolving challenges promptly and collaborating effectively with other teams. The position also involves overseeing cleanliness standards, and fulfilling any additional duties necessary to support operations efficiently.

Department: Arcade

Reports to: Arcade Department Manager & Manager-on-Duty

Pay Range: $16.00-$17.75 (Florida)

Location: Orlando, Kissimmee, Atlanta

Key Objectives

• Ensure Safe-Clean-Fun for our Team Members and guests. 
• Assign daily Team Members daily positions. 
• Communicate any staffing concerns to the manager on duty. 
• Record merits, demerits, coaching, and audits for Team members.
• Communicates daily with Team members regarding SOPs, closing reports, and special projects.
• Complete monthly audits for Team Members.
• Develop and train Team Members.
• Motivate, and give Goals to Team Members.
• Review timecards daily for your Team members
• Resolve any challenges and problems to ensure first-class guest service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in direct areas including restrooms, games, and equipment.
• Attempt to troubleshoot in operating games; tag and notify Arcade Technician. 
• Always maintain a professional image.
• Complete any other duties to assist with the operation of the park.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience. 
• Compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park’s drug-free workplace policy, including consent to pre-employment drug testing and adherence to federal, state, and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use.
• Successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle check when applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated
• Previous experience in amusement parks is preferred but not required.
• Time management
• Organizing
• Successful candidates must pass a drug test as part of our commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace program.

• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
