TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is looking for an experienced Regional Transportation Manager to play a vital role in onsite management of fulfillment center, directly impacting our mission by optimizing day-to-day transportation and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage onsite transportation activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with SLAs.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to optimize routing and scheduling.
- Lead exception and risk management efforts for transportation incidents, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Implement strategies to enhance carrier performance and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize analytics to monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Travel regularly to fulfillment center in Rialto, CA.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, industrial engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain logistics, transportation management, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve complex logistical problems.
- Proficient in Transportation Management System (TMS) and relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in risk or exception management and contingency planning.
- Advanced knowledge of routing and scheduling optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience with performance metric analytics and improvement strategies.
- Advanced degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80466 - $148000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
