Job Description
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), the consulting arm of Visa, is a global team of industry experts in strategy, marketing, operations, risk and digital consulting, with decades of experience in the payments industry. Our VCA teams offers:
Consulting services customized to the needs of Visa client’s business objectives and strategy
Digital solutions Visa clients can leverage to improve performance in product, marketing and operations
Proven data-driven marketing strategies to increase clients’ ROI
The VCA team is looking for a seasoned leader to join our consulting and analytics organization to grow and deliver the strategy, team and financials for the NA digital consulting practice. The potential candidate will be responsible for selling, delivering and implementing high value digital consulting projects with a diverse set of clients.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker that seeks to innovate everything they touch, carries a disruptor mindset, and can create impactful presentations to senior leaders (CMOs, VPs, Directors) at our clients. This role works hand-in-hand with our Visa Marketing Services team to collaborate and solve client problems.
Potential engagements could include digital strategies, acquisition insights, customer targeting analytics, persona and segmentation analysis, SEO and Social media optimization, social listening.
Specific responsibilities include.
Proactively engage with Visa internal teams in regular strategic and planning discussions. Cultivate and manage a pipeline of work with North America clients.
Owns scoping, selling and delivering client engagements by leveraging direct team members and other internal and external partners.
Manage, lead and develop a team of Directors, Managers and Analysts
Model the Visa Leadership Principles
Stay on top of latest Digital Media and PPC trends and user interfaces (Google Ads, Google Analytics), new betas and accounts features as well as new platforms to test. Share findings and resources to help team and management consistently remain updated on high paced developing digital world.
Build solutions and actionable insights that will help clients to grow their portfolios and customer engagement in their core business.
Partner with peers in other functional areas (marketing, sales, risk) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources.
Produce insights, analysis, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the verticals and segments.
Ability to effectively manipulate and analyze large data sets (industry and Visa) to determine meanings insights and recommendations for clients.
Build new scalable solutions, toolkits, best practice documents and consulting approach that can be applied across VCA practice.
Incumbents applying for the role should be self-motivated, highly energized, detail-oriented individuals who will deliver strategic thought leadership, problem diagnostics and high impact solutions to clients support the growth and performance. Candidates must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with internal and external clients and across the Visa organization.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
