You will be joining a dynamic and agile team responsible for the complete refactoring of the B2B landscape. Based on Salesforce and Microsoft technologies with a worldwide, multi-cloud, cross-Maisons scope, we are looking into scaling up our internal capabilities to support our major strategic Luxury New Retail program. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span>Reporting to the Technology Team Lead and part of the scrum team, as a Salesforce Front-end Developer, you will be accountable for:</span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Crafting a luxurious, high-quality user experience for the group platforms</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Developing and integrating a bespoke design in a pixel-perfect manner</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Developing a healthy, enterprise compliant high-quality code &amp; configuration release on an agile mindset</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Create constructive collaboration and efficiency in a multi-location, multi-technology development team.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span>You will be part of a global team, collaborating closely with technical leads and scrum teams across various countries and time zones, contributing to the interaction and development of products on the platform.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><br/><span><span><span><span>You will will a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons.</span></span></span></span><br/> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?</span></span></p> <ul> <li>Implementing solutions following the architecture principles, best practices and guidelines</li> <li>Supports during solution definition, provides guidance on architectural designs and strategies to improve Product/Solution performance, usability and scalability</li> <li>Work with Product’s technical leads to manage &amp; develop the architecture for the Products and deliver the architectural design, translating business needs into a solution blueprint representing the end-to-end technical solution</li> <li>Develops integration processes and interface requirements</li> <li>Selects the technology stack based on the given requirements and constraints, in close collaboration with the Technical Team Leads and solution architect.</li> <li>Provide technical expertise with a broad set of development tools/technologies</li> <li>Understand global IT strategy and business needs to define high level architectures</li> <li>Provide recommendations in the selection and use of technology, such as “build or buy”</li> <li>Analyze complex issues and propose solutions to solve them</li> <li>Ensure third-party products fit in the organization ecosystem</li> <li>Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure, maintaining a roadmap for required changes.</li> <li>Aligning with Technical Team Leads to adequately prioritize technical features required for future functional features as well as current and future technical platform stability, security and compliance.</li> <li>Actively contribute to the Product Design Forum and Community of Practice</li> <li>Participate to the technology stack selection based on the given requirements and limitations</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING? </span></span><
