2025 Intern, Global Product Quality Materials

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Product Quality Materials team as an Intern. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process mapping, identifying areas for improvement, maintaining scheduling and project trackers, and assisting with the transformation of paper forms to electronic formats. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations while working closely with our experienced team members.

This Co-op/Internship position is a 12-16 week opportunity, providing valuable experience and exposure to the field of Global Product Quality Materials.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Conduct process mapping of release procedures to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows.

• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain scheduling and project trackers to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for automation and assist in transforming paper forms to electronic formats.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for process optimization.

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation related to quality assurance activities.

• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Currently enrolled in a science or project management degree program with at least 2 years of college experience.

• Strong interest in quality assurance, chemistry operations, and process improvement.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with process mapping techniques and tools is a plus.
