INSEAD is seeking an Associate Director, Employer Engagement to join our Degree Programmes Department. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the United States, San Francisco. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

The INSEAD Career Development Centre (CDC) supports students and alumni in navigating their career paths by providing resources such as career coaching, job search tools, and networking opportunities. The CDC also collaborates with employers to create job opportunities and foster strong relationships between students, alumni, and the job market
Reporting to the Senior Director, Employer Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and executing the employment engagement portfolio across various sectors to source career opportunities for students within the assigned regions, as well as provide sector advisory services to students.
Your role within the team
- Develop and execute of the employer engagement portfolio of the various sectors within the region taking into account labour market outlook of the different countries and various students' preferences and profiles to source career opportunities for students and participants
- Build and cultivate recruiting relationships within key accounts where necessary
- Integrate, craft, and deliver sector advisory content and events throughout the students' journey (discovery and interview preparation inclusive) in collaboration with the Career Coaches and Careers Delivery Team
- Co-create and collaborate with counterparts across campuses to ensure consistency across campuses
- Craft and plan on campus recruitment strategy including conceptualizing and delivering events in various formats
- Advocate for students recruiting and marketing via presentation at recruiting events and to collaborate with Advancement and Executive Education, when necessary
- Keep abreast of market developments, to scenario plan accordingly, and to keep informed the relevant team members within CDC and Degree Programmes
The ideal candidate profile
- Bachelors in related field, Masters' or Advance Degree preferred
- Coaching certification preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in business development and at least 5 years of people management experience
- Global experience preferred
- Highly Fluent in Spanish. Those who are also fluent in Portuguese will have an added advantage
- Skills required: Project management; Influencing and negotiation; Strategic thinking; Presentation; Business development; including research, segmentation and targeting; Portfolio management, scenario planning ; Client management; Content development and delivery; Advisory and coaching
- Take ownership for solving clients demands and ensuring timely and adequate answers
- Consistently deliver high-quality work and demonstrate reliability in performing their day-to-day responsibilities.
