Hybrid-Credit Analyst-FlexStaff (TEMP)

FlexStaff is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst for our client, a multinational corporation specializing in optical, imaging and industrial products. This is a hybrid position located in Melville.

Responsibilities: 

• Extend or deny credit to customers within established guidelines. 

• Analyze and report on write-off activity. 

• Collect past-due payments while ensuring courteous and professional interactions. 

• Collaborate with credit, sales, and other managers regarding customer account status and delinquent account actions. 

• Monitor and communicate credit concerns to management. 

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting. 

• 3-5 years of experience in collections, preferably within a wholesale environment. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
