You won't just be filling roles; you'll be a strategic advisor and partner to our Engineering and Product leaders.</p><p>The <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Technical Recruiter</strong> works hand in hand with the organization, driving talent pipelines with hands-on sourcing and running the interview, selection, and assessment process while balancing an incredible candidate experience.</p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Recruitment:</strong> Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing candidates</li><li><strong>Leadership Collaboration: </strong>As a consultative partner to senior hiring managers, help them to navigate the talent landscape, develop recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talent, and solve people-related challenges.</li><li><strong>Diverse Sourcing:</strong> Develop and implement sourcing strategies that enrich our talent pipeline with a diverse range of candidates.</li><li><strong>Candidate Journey: </strong>Provide an exceptional candidate experience while identifying and mitigating potential candidate risks.</li><li>Record and maintain accurate tracking and status of candidate records in the ATS</li><li><strong>Project Participation</strong>: Actively engage in cross-functional projects to propel the organization and function forward—such as diversity initiatives, employer branding, internship programs, networking initiatives, and onboarding enhancements.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>6+ Years of Proven Experience</strong>: Emphasis on technical recruitment is non-negotiable.</li><li><strong>Partnership Mindset</strong>: Ability to consult, support, and solution with hiring managers. Prior HRBP experience is a plus.</li><li><strong>Tech-Savvy</strong>: Experience recruiting software developers across diverse tech stacks at scale.</li><li><strong>Industry Insight</strong>: Background in the software/IT industry and a genuine passion for technology.</li><li><strong>Global Communication</strong>: Proficiency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus.</li><li><strong>Autonomous Workflow</strong>: Can manage high-volume, fast-paced, international recruiting campaigns independently.</li><li><strong>Customer Focus</strong>: Exceptional relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Detail-oriented</strong>: Strong organizational skills and follow-through abilities.</li><li><strong>Confidentiality</strong>: Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.</li></ul><p><em><strong>Kindly note that only applications submitted in English will be considered for this position.</strong></em></p><p><strong>#LI-Hybrid</strong></p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We are a fast-paced growing company, and we are hiring and growing a lot in our Madrid office.
