You will lead complex, multi-subsidiary implementations, ensuring smooth rollouts across multiple business entities. Working closely with clients, you will analyse business processes, identify requirements, and implement tailored NetSuite solutions that drive efficiency and scalability. Your focus will be on successful project execution and client satisfaction, while also contributing to the growth and development of your team. </p><p>In the position of Senior NetSuite consultant you will: </p><ul> <li>Lead multi-subsidiary NetSuite implementations, and integrations with a variety of products and apps, ensuring seamless rollouts across multiple entities.</li> <li>Conduct business process analysis to gather and understand client requirements.</li> <li>Design and implement customized NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.</li> <li>Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.</li> <li>Contribute to internal initiatives, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.</li> </ul><p>This role offers a great opportunity to engage with clients across industries, contribute to transformative projects, and develop your expertise in a fast-growing and collaborative international environment.</p><p>At Staria, we work with a flexible hybrid model that allows you to decide where you’re most comfortable working, either from your home office or one of our Staria offices. For this position, we are hiring across different locations and looking for new colleagues in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Czech Republic, Norway, or the UK.</p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong><br/> To succeed in this position, you should have extensive experience in NetSuite consulting, particularly in leading mid to large-sized implementations across multiple subsidiaries. To ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement throughout the project, you should have the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. </p><p>You thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and are skilled at analyzing business processes, identifying solutions, and managing stakeholder expectations. Your ability to translate client needs into scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you are a proactive problem solver who enjoys mentoring and supporting junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture. </p><p>Certifications such as NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator, or NetSuite ERP Consultant are considered meritorious.English skills are required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
