Core Compliance
Core Compliance is a team within Global Compliance that, in part, is responsible for supporting the division’s leadership including division head, chief operating office and chief of staff. We are looking for a team member who can help support the division holistically as part of the management team. We are looking for someone who is equal part visionary and executor.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
This role will be focused on compliance with the firm’s committee management processes. Specifically focused on reporting governance, roles and responsibilities, and tooling uplifts. At times, the role will require you to navigate, and problem solve with multiple teams and stakeholders bearing in mind timelines and a senior audience.
An ideal candidate would be able to:
- Leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills in frequent interaction with other areas of the firm, in particular, senior stakeholders
- Demonstrate resiliency and creativity when under pressure and when managing time-sensitive demands from competing stakeholders
- Demonstrate very strong written and oral communication, as well as analytical abilities
- Be detail-oriented, so as to consistently produce accurate work product
- Effectively and efficiently conduct business with both internal and external stakeholders
- Work independently and exercise strong judgment when executing an assigned task
- Multi-task and have the ability to manage and advance multiple projects simultaneously
- Identify and effectively escalate potential issues to appropriate person(s)
- Meet tight deadlines and comfortably operate in the face of time constraints
- Persistently follow-up with colleagues to ensure that appropriate information is obtained and timely recorded
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience
- Excellent time management, analytical and communication skills
- Integrity, motivation, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm
- Familiarity with financial products and markets
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$140000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
