Adecco is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to strengthen the Volvo Action Service team at Volvo Group! <br>Help drivers get back on the road quickly and efficiently. As a Breakdown Assistance Call Handler, you are the first point of contact for drivers who experience a breakdown while on the road. You remain calm, ask the right questions, and ensure that every driver receives help as quickly as possible. You coordinate interventions with partner services and keep the driver informed at all times. <br> <br> <br>This is a role with real impact: thanks to your calm approach, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented mindset, you truly make a difference during stressful situations. Your responsibilities: <ul> <li>Answer incoming calls from drivers experiencing a breakdown on the road. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Analyze the problem by assessing the situation and gathering the necessary information. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Organize interventions and dispatch them to breakdown services, partners, or internal technicians. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Follow up on cases from A to Z, ensuring clear and continuous communication with the driver. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Register all relevant information in the system (time, location, nature of the problem, planning, etc.). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Remain calm in emergency situations and always act with a strong customer focus. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work closely with a dedicated team that is available 24/7 to provide optimal customer support. </li> </ul> What do we expect from you? <ul> <li>You have strong communication skills and are able to handle phone calls clearly, empathetically, and professionally. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>You are stress-resistant and able to maintain an overview in busy and demanding situations. </li> <li> </li> </ul>Problem-solving comes naturally to you. <ul> <li> </li> </ul>You are fluent in English and German (minimum B2 level) and another European Language. <ul> <li>You are comfortable working with digital tools and handling administrative follow-up. </li> <li> </li> </ul>You are willing to work flexible shifts: early, late, day and weekends — truck drivers are on the road anytime, anywhere. <ul> <li> </li> </ul>Experience in dispatching, customer service, or roadside/mobility assistance is a plus, but not a requirement. <ul> <li>You hold a bachelor's degree or have relevant equivalent experience. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>You have your own means of transportation.<br><br><br> </li> </ul>
