We’re seeking a Clinical Manager to guide our high-performing OB/GYN team in La Crosse. This is a unique opportunity to lead in a newly renovated space, drive innovation in outpatient care, and support a diverse and growing clinical team.💼 What You’ll Be Doing:- Oversee daily operations for a department seeing 350+ patients weekly.
- Collaborate with clinician leaders to implement strategic initiatives including:
- Launching and expanding specialty services in OB/GYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM), Fertility, and GYN/ONC.
- Supporting new clinicians and optimizing workflows across specialties.
- Facilitate team development and workflow integration across specialties.
- Lead with strength and clarity in a department known for a culture of excellence.
- RNs: 20
- MAs: 11
- Schedulers (Remote): 6
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business, or a health-related field
- 5–7 years of clinical or healthcare experience with proven leadership skills
- Relevant licensure/certification for your specialty
- Prior management or formal leadership experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) license strongly preferred
