We’re seeking a Clinical Manager to guide our high-performing OB/GYN team in La Crosse. This is a unique opportunity to lead in a newly renovated space, drive innovation in outpatient care, and support a diverse and growing clinical team.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations for a department seeing 350+ patients weekly.
• Collaborate with clinician leaders to implement strategic initiatives including:
  • Launching and expanding specialty services in OB/GYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM), Fertility, and GYN/ONC.
  • Supporting new clinicians and optimizing workflows across specialties.
• Facilitate team development and workflow integration across specialties.
• Lead with strength and clarity in a department known for a culture of excellence.

👥 Team Snapshot:

• RNs: 20
• MAs: 11
• Schedulers (Remote): 6

🎓 What You Bring:Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business, or a health-related field
• 5–7 years of clinical or healthcare experience with proven leadership skills
• Relevant licensure/certification for your specialty

Preferred:

• Prior management or formal leadership experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) license strongly preferred
