Admissions Assistant Responsibilities:

• As an Admissions Assistant, you will assist in deploying marketing strategies for brining new residents to the facility.
• You will assist in obtaining and reviewing applicant information by requesting completed applications and medical information.
• You will help manage the onboarding of new residents to the facility.
• You will sometimes be required to refer residents to other facilities.

Requirements

Admissions Assistant Qualifications:

• Shift needed Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6:30pm
• A bachelor's or associate degree in business administration or related field.
• Two years or more working in the medical field.
• Advanced communication and customer relation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
