Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Trade Compliance Lead to join our US Trade Compliance team in Billerica, MA or Chaska, MN. This role is essential in ensuring Entegris’ global trade operations comply with U.S. and international regulations. You will be responsible for managing import/export classifications, supporting our Trade Compliance Training Program, and overseeing compliance holds in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Chemists, and Scientists to determine and maintain ECCN, HTS, and country of origin data in SAP, GTS, and other systems. 

  • Manage and audit Trade Compliance master data to ensure accuracy and consistency. 

  • Drive process improvements for classification data across SAP, GTS, and related platforms. 

  • Maintain Agile Point workflow requests to support business requirements. 

  • Deliver training to internal teams on trade compliance regulations, procedures, and best practices. 

  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure ongoing compliance and awareness. 

  • Ensure export activities comply with OFAC, EAR, ITAR, DEA, FDA, and other applicable regulations. 

  • Partner with the ITAR Empowered Official to support regulatory obligations. 

  • Monitor regulatory changes and updates (e.g., Federal Register) and implement necessary adjustments. 

  • Support additional compliance initiatives and projects as needed. 

 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience: 5+ years in International Trade compliance or a Bachelor’s degree in International business, trade, or a related field. 

  • Expertise: Strong experience with commodity classifications, U.S. export/import regulations (EAR, ITAR, DEA, FDA). 

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in SAP, GTS, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with AgilePoint is a plus. 

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with semiconductor components and chemical classifications is highly desirable. 

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex information clearly. 

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
