What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Intern, you'll work alongside experienced maintenance professionals to support production equipment reliability and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Supporting equipment repairs and troubleshooting efforts
- Learning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance techniques
- Participating in root cause investigations and continuous improvement projects
- Assisting with equipment inspections, maintenance documentation, and repair records
- Supporting spare parts inventory and maintenance organization efforts
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- Gaining exposure to industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, and maintenance best practices

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in:
- Industrial Maintenance
- Electronics Technology
- Mechatronics
- Mechanical Technology
- Electrical Technology
- Related technical field
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Manufacturing, automotive, or electronics experience is a plus
