Cluster Cybersecurity Manager
to be based in
Stockholm, Sweden or Copenhagen, Denmark
Your Future Role:
As the Cluster Cybersecurity Manager, you will drive and implement cybersecurity customer requirements across the Nordic cluster. This pivotal role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and the successful execution of tenders and projects.
What You’ll Do:
Step into a leadership role where your expertise will shape the future of rail. Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Anticipate and qualify cybersecurity requirements in tenders, starting from the FIND phase.
- Provide support for marketing and pre-tender activities, including documentation, guidance, and awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with platform cybersecurity managers to integrate cluster-specific requirements into products and solutions roadmaps.
- Review and validate cybersecurity aspects in tenders and ensure readiness for Tender Design Reviews (TDR).
- Deploy cybersecurity awareness and strategies to tender and project stakeholders.
- Oversee key cybersecurity deliverables, such as Cybersecurity Management Plans, Threat and Risk Analyses, and Design Documents.
- Monitor and maintain project statuses within the cluster.
- Ensure compliance with regional cybersecurity regulations and participate in conferences, norms, and standards committees.
- Contribute to the development of cybersecurity processes and standards, including trends watch for new threats and technologies.
- Support supplier cybersecurity assessments within the cluster.

Educational Requirements:
- University/Engineering degree (mandatory).
- Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM) are a strong plus.
Professional Experience:
- Proven expertise in OT/IT and security.
- Experience in tender preparation and contract execution.
- Knowledge of the railways business and Alstom’s product portfolio is desirable.
Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of standards and regulations such as ISO 2700X, 62443, NIST, and NIS.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity risk analysis methods and system security evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and security maintenance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
