The headquarter is located in Düsseldorf, Germany.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Within the Corporate Controlling department in our headquarter, we support business units and international wholesale entities in the successful implementation of our commercial strategy ‘sCore’. In this context, your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Providing regular and ad-hoc reports, analytics and conclusions on commercial and sales related areas (e.g. customer life cycle, Sales Force, etc)</li><li>Providing analytics and support for sCore strategy implementation in the sales and customer area</li><li>Identifying levers and opportunities and enable fact-based decision-making</li><li>Presenting and consulting towards central Sales &amp; Customer business unit, senior management and international entities</li><li>Maintaining and improving reporting</li><li>Community building with country Controlling teams</li><li>Representation of Sales &amp; Customer Controlling in cross-functional projects</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>You hold a university degree in Business Administration with specialization in Controlling, Accounting, Finance or a similar area</li><li>You have profound knowledge of Customer Performance Management</li><li>You look back on 4+ years of working experience in controlling, preferably international experience in wholesale or retail</li><li>You demonstrate impactful communication and presentation skills, which makes it easy for your counterparts to follow your line of argumentation</li><li>You are skilled in SQL – or have willingness to learn</li><li>You balance an independent working style with a team player attitude</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>A high degree of personal responsibility, the opportunity to grow personally and to motivate yourself professionally.
