Senior Manager Compliance

A job that matters: your tasks

 

• Execute strategy (which is defined by VP Global Compliance) and implement the global Compliance Management System
• Performs / Manages Compliance Investigations
• Professional contact person and internal consultant for all (EC to shop floor) dormakaba employees
• Give legal advice in specific matters (e.g. antitrust, anticorruption) also on strategic level
• Professional (functional) leadership of the Compliance Hubs & Ambassadors
• Develops and conducts tailor-made global Compliance Trainings and Communication
• Ensures good Corporate Governance by monitoring dormakaba Rules & Regulations
• Provide regular status reports to EC level; yearly Corporate Compliance Report to Audit Committee
• Acts in different cultures and legal systems to fulfil the above mentioned key tasks

 

An experience that matters: your skills

 

• 5-7 years relevant working experience
• Proven Compliance experience preferably gained in both a major law firm (or audit company) and in-house
• Experience handling investigations, audits, and employee relation issues in an international / intercontinental role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be able to relate complex concepts in a concise and easy to understand manner
• J.D. from an accredited law school or similar business education 
• CIA / CFE certification is an advantage
