What You Will Do:•
· Lead a team in the fielding of IT systems, networks, hardware in software of both simple and complex nature
· Develop and execute comprehensive deployment plans, ensuring alignment in project objectives and stakeholder expectations
· Create and manage cost, schedule, and performance expectations by collaborating with all team members
· Identify and outline all activities required for the near-, mid- and long-term phases of a program
· Ensure deployments are performed on schedule and within available resources
· Oversee the deployment process in various environments adapting strategies to suit diverse equipment and conditions
· Monitor and report on deployment progress addressing any issues on risks that arise
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
What You Will Need:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other engineering/technical discipline
• Minimum of TEN (10) years of experience leading a team in deploying IT systems, networks hardware and software
• Extensive knowledge and creating deployment plans in managing cost schedule in performance expectations
• Ability to identify and plan for activities across different program phases(near, mid in long term)
• Experience working in a variety of environments and with diverse equipment
• Strong planning skills to ensure timely deployment with available resources
