As a Senior Product Manager, Professional Services Automation you have a deep background in product management, are comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and balance competing priorities with ease. You will partner with our Business Technology, Global Professional Services, and Revenue Operations teams to lead the product strategy and roadmap of professional services automation, including the backlog, prioritization, design, adoption, and integration to downstream financial systems.

Ideal candidates will have a unique blend of business and technical acumen, hands-on experience with Professional Services Automation technologies, and a track record driving complex and transformative technology products. This position will report to our Senior Director, Enterprise Applications and has the opportunity to work remotely from a US location or in our Carpinteria, CA or Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Own the delivery of Procore's PSA solution (FinancialForce), including product requirements, design, and delivery from inception to release
• As a product evangelist, identify opportunities, champion the vision, and build organizational alignment with stakeholders
• Implement the PSA product vision by creating, managing, and delivering on the roadmap that aligns with business objectives
• Working with business and technology partners, set and achieve success metrics to ensure that meaningful PSA product outcomes and business value are achieved. Provide visibility of program status on an ongoing basis
• Oversee the product backlog and ensure proper prioritization and acceptance criteria are defined
• Work in an Agile environment where innovation and teamwork are pillars of success

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years relevant experience and 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solutions Architect, preferably at a SaaS or high-growth technology company
• Deep understanding and hands-on technical experience delivering PSA solutions with FinancialForce/Salesforce or similar PSA technology.
• Successful track record creating product roadmaps, driving product vision, and managing product launches from inception to delivery
• Accomplished at managing key business metrics with an outcome-based approach
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to effectively present to executive leadership, end-users, and technical teams
• Understanding of enterprise software development processes and methodologies, with experience delivering in a high-velocity Agile/Lean/Scrum environment
• Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate, persuade, and foster positive relationships. Proven record developing cross-functional partnerships that drive successful business outcomes.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $136,000-$187,000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
