Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

 As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with NurseCore, you will provide essential care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety while supporting their overall well-being. Your regular interactions with patients will allow you to monitor their conditions, assist with personal care needs, and collaborate with nurses to ensure the best outcomes. You’ll deliver high-quality healthcare in adherence to applicable regulations and policies, helping our patients live their lives with comfort and quality care.12-hour shifts: 
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Overtime offered after 40 hours/week

What you'll do:

• Evaluates the safety of the delivery of care in the home environment in adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and policies
• Provides care in compliance with the assigned care plan and RN delegation
• Provides personal care, runs errands, helps with meals, supports mobility, performs light housekeeping, and delivers companion services
• Practices safety and universal precautions, infection control and uses appropriate protective equipment to protect patients and self
• Attends and completes all assigned in-services and trainings
• Performs other duties as assigned

What it takes:

• Available to work 12 hour shifts: 7am - 7pm, or 7pm - 7am
• Drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CNA licensure (from accredited school/institution) in the State of Nevada
• Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
• 1+ years of hands-on work experience 
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-ray (within the last 12 mos), or Quantiferon (within the last 5 yrs)
• Successful completion of background check.
