Title: Manager, Talent Acquisition (IT Recruiter)

The Role
Suffolk is seeking a driven and tech-savvy Manager, Talent Acquisition (Contract IT Recruiter) to join our dynamic Talent team in the Boston office. This contract role will focus on recruiting exceptional professionals across Information Technology, Data, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence, supporting Suffolk’s rapidly expanding digital and technology initiatives.
As part of Suffolk’s People & Culture team, you will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, developing strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and leveraging creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact Suffolk’s future in technology and innovation within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance for IT, Data, Innovation, and AI positions across multiple functions and levels
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, develop position profiles, and align on sourcing strategies, timelines, and expectations
- Identify, attract, and engage top technology talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and research-driven outreach
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for both current and anticipated hiring needs
- Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to hiring teams to inform talent decisions
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience aligned with Suffolk’s culture and values
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System
- Summarize weekly recruiting progress and share updates on open searches, pipeline activity, and candidate flow
- Partner with external agencies when appropriate to support strategic and niche hiring needs
