Senior Solutions Architect

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you are responsible for successfully leading the design of marketing, sales and underwriting technology solutions supporting the business and technology teams within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, analytical thinker with the ability to design modern technology solutions without constraints.

Responsibilities: 

• Own the solutions designs which seamlessly integrate various line of business applications 
• Collaborate with internal line of business stakeholders to engineer technology enabled processes to drive operational efficiencies in our business 
• Develop detailed architecture diagrams and scope documents to guide development efforts 
• Scope and estimate development efforts with application and product teams 
• Support the product team in development of OKRs to measure success on initiatives 
• Collaborate with product and application teams to develop scope, timelines and support the implementation of solutions 

What we look for: 

• 7-10 years Solution Architecture experience in a heterogeneous environment 
• 5-7 years of application development experience 
• Experience working with one of the 3 major cloud platforms, Azure, AWS, GCP 
• Agile/SCRUM experience 
• Strong understanding of business processes and manage shifting priorities 
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment based on shifting customer priorities 
• Experience and skill working with developers as well as the ability to ask the right questions to get accurate estimates and understand the scope of the projects 
• Manage and support system integration testing, UAT, and production implementation 
• Solid organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills 
• Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
