We develop novel manufacturing technologies tailored to the unique demands of RFID endpoint ICs, working closely with OSAT partners to bring R&D innovations to reliable, repeatable production at scale. Our work spans process flow architecture, process development, qualification, yield analysis, reliability testing and failure diagnosis — collaborating cross-functionally with design, test, quality and go-to-market teams at every step. </span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">What You Will Do:</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support process integration for new products from development to mass production</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Execute process optimization projects.
