Position Summary

VS Engineering is seeking a Transportation Team Lead for our Indianapolis Office, our Corporate Office for VS. This position will lead and drive our transportation engineering team and projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Project Management experience who is energetic and eager to grow with a dynamic company. Our growth means your growth. You will report directly to Christopher Waidner, PE, Indiana Transportation Director. The transportation department offers a wide array of projects including local, state, and federal highway projects along with all aspects of specialty transportation work.

Our Indianapolis Office is the headquarters for VS Engineering and boasts our largest Transportation, Water Resources, and Structural teams. Our local staff includes a wide variety of experience levels with expertise in city, county, DOT and projects for local cities, counties, and the State. Our Noblesville office also offers an alternative location for employees' northeast of Indianapolis.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer in IN
• 10+ years' experience designing transportation infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years' experience managing projects and leading project teams.
• Background working on public sector design projects like INDOT, county, and municipal.
