The SkyWater Senior Talent Development Specialist drives the design, development, and implementation of SkyWater talent practices and programs for employee and leadership development, performance management, talent review, and the listening strategy. This role will collaborate with other HR Leaders and use talent expertise to improve organization effectiveness, such as organization design, enterprise onboarding, and recognition programs. The Senior Talent Development Specialist reports to the Director of Talent & HR Strategy and will work closely with members of the HR Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and continuously improve employee and leadership development tools, resources, and programming through various delivery methods, including but not limited to toolkits and resource guides, online courses, and facilitated learning sessions.
• Drive the annual performance management process of goal setting, continuous feedback, and year end assessment. Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to ensure efficacy and clearly communicated timelines.
• Work together with the Director of Talent & HR Strategy to facilitate talent review, identifying top talent and establishing development planning to ensure healthy succession plans.
• Manage the SkyWater Listening Strategy to collect feedback and provide actionable insights to leadership to drive employee engagement.
• Collaborate with HR Leadership to evaluate and improve organization effectiveness, such as organization design, enterprise onboarding, and recognition programs.
• Analyze talent data and insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that inform development strategies and measure impact.
• Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for best practices in leadership and organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in talent development, organizational effectiveness, or learning and development
• Highly proficient in designing and developing talent management presentations and programs
• Demonstrated adult learning techniques and facilitation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders to drive results

Desired Qualifications:
• Expertise in using e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia
• Aptitude for using technology to support HR initiatives
• Experience in developing talent/organizational effectiveness programs end-to-end
